By creating a TripNaviQ account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you are using TripNaviQ on behalf of an employer, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use TripNaviQ.

You keep ownership of every trip, note, receipt, document and contact you add. You grant TripNaviQ only the permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you and to anyone you explicitly share it with through the app.

Itineraries, meeting kits, summaries, attraction suggestions and answers are generated with AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify times, prices, addresses, travel durations and policy-sensitive details before relying on them. TripNaviQ is a planning aid, not a booking agent or a travel authority.

• Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share.
• Do not attempt to breach, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the service.
• Do not use TripNaviQ to store payment card data or other regulated data it is not designed to hold.

TripNaviQ uses third-party providers for maps, places, weather, search, email delivery and AI processing. Their availability and results are outside our control, and their own terms apply to the data they return.

We work to keep TripNaviQ available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the app with reasonable notice where practical.

You may stop using TripNaviQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

TripNaviQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed flights, meetings, sessions or reimbursements arising from your use of the service.
