TripNaviQ is an AI trip, event, conference and expense companion operated from the United States and available at tripnaviq.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have.

• Account data. Your name, email address and profile photo, provided directly or through a sign-in provider such as Google.
• Trip content. Trips, itineraries, sessions, meetings, contacts, notes, tasks, packing lists, reminders, expenses, receipts and documents you add to the app.
• Device and usage data. Approximate or precise location (only when you allow it, to show nearby attractions and local weather), timezone, push notification tokens and basic diagnostic logs.

• Create and maintain your account and keep you signed in.
• Build itineraries, expense reports, reminders and daily recaps from the content you provide.
• Send push, email and in-app notifications you have enabled.
• Show maps, places, routes and weather relevant to your trip.
• Detect abuse, debug problems and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile (name, email address, profile picture) so we can create your TripNaviQ account. We request no additional Google scopes without asking you first, and any Google user data we receive is used solely to provide the features you request inside TripNaviQ. We never transfer Google user data to third parties except as required to operate the service (hosting and database infrastructure), for legal reasons, or with your explicit consent. TripNaviQ's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Some features (itinerary generation, meeting prep, receipt scanning, note summaries, "Ask AI") send the relevant portion of your trip content to our AI model providers to produce a response. That content is used only to answer your request and is not used to train third-party models.

Your data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Wallet documents and offline caches on your device are encrypted locally. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Delete individual records at any time from within the app, or delete your entire account to remove your data.

• Access, correct or delete your content directly in the app.
• Turn location, notifications and backup on or off in Settings.
• Request full account and data deletion by emailing us.

TripNaviQ is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the "last updated" date above will change.
